Marketing and recruitment events
The Alberta government provides support to Alberta employers in the recruitment of foreign workers by organizing and marketing various promotion and recruitment events outside Canada. With the assistance of Canadian visa posts and trade mission offices and Alberta international offices we arrange participation of Alberta employers in these events and enable them to directly access potential foreign workers. Alberta employers can review candidate credentials, interview them and complete the hiring process during the events.
We encourage all Alberta employers who are interested in hiring foreign workers for their companies to participate in the international promotion and recruitment events, trade missions and job fairs.
